On may26,2022, leaders of the "6s+ digitalization" project and relevant members of the team inspected and communicated with the preliminary work of the project.
During the exchange, general consultant Guo and yongxiong Project Director Liu affirmed the 6S work in the early stage of the installation workshop and put forward improvement suggestions on the placement of materials and tools. At the same time, they went to the machining workshop to inspect the digital project. The current digital production mode is constantly running in and improving. Only through continuous running in and improvement can a digital production system with yongxiong characteristics be formed. All team members and employees participating in the system promotion need to work together to ensure the smooth operation of the system. 
Since last week, the machining workshop has also been working hard to implement 6S. The members of the machining 6S team have been learning and working together to complete the improvement of 6S. At present, the 6S basic work has achieved relevant visual results.
A drop of water wears a stone, not in a day. Only by constantly summarizing and improving the work can we continue to optimize and operate.
